AURORA - Recent Appointments 2010
   

TOM HALL
August 2010:  Tom Hall has been appointed as Technical Customer Support responsible for providing technical support and lighting solutions to our external and internal customers. 

Tom's technical, design and customer service experience gained during his time at Lumino Lighting will be put to good use in his new job.

LEANNE SMITH
August 2010:  Leanne Smith has been appointed as Finance Assistant responsible for Purchase Ledger and various accounting duties. 

Leanne's training and accounting experience makes her ideally suited to assist the department as the Company continues to grow internationally.

VERONIKA KOVACOVA
August 2010:  Veronika Kovacova rejoined the Customer Services Administration team after returning from a period of extended travel abroad. 

Veronika is responsible for keying orders and providing telephone customer support.  She will also provide cover for the department's Team Leader whilst she is on maternity leave.

JAMES HUNT
June 2010:  James Hunt joined the International division as Commercial Manager responsible for managing the Company’s distributors in Europe. 

He is also responsible for assisting the International Development Director with the management of its sales hubs in France, Nordic countries, Hungary and South Africa.

KEITH MACKENZIE		  

May 2010:  Keith MacKenzie has been appointed as Operations Director responsible for helping to improve processes across the Aurora Group. 

Prior to joining Aurora, Keith has been responsible for developing and improving service delivery as well as the successful integration of business operations.  We believe that the breadth of Keith's experience will play a vital part in our ongoing success.

JOHN QUINN		  
March 2010:  John Quinn has joined Aurora as Accounts Manager responsible for promoting and selling the Company's product range throughout the Republic of Ireland.

KEVIN PETCH		  
 

February 2010:  Kevin Petch has joined Aurora as International Technical Support based at our offices in Welwyn Garden City (Hertfordshire).  Kevin will provide technical support and lighting solutions to the Company's customers (external and internal) with particular emphasis on supporting the International Sales Team.

Kevin's technical, project and design experience gained during a career in the lighting industry (Thorn Lighting, Trilux Lighting, Lumitron) will be put to good use as the Company continues to expand internationally.
